Mike and I, and my friend, Jenn, and Mike's friend, Dave, went for an epic mountain bike ride on the Three Forks Loop in Diamond Fork Canyon. 17 miles. 2,442 feet of climbing. 2.5 hours of actual ride time. 1,700 calories burned!! :) It was a blast. And then we stuffed ourselves with Two Jacks pizza and cheese sticks. Mike calls that hammering and pampering. Ha! (We didn't really get any pics of Dave since he was so far ahead of us the whole time.)
